By Order of the Court – But How? – September 24 Webinar – Register Now

Occasionally, a surveyor will be tasked with getting a court order as part of their work. A review of the full process will be helpful for you to understand the steps and the reasons for them. Expect to understand your role and the role of legal counsel in the process, the evidence needed to support an application, the authority under which an order can be given, issues relating to owner consent and the basics of a court order. The webinar is meant to provide confidence and take away apprehension about seeking an order from the court.
