Affidavits of service are due no later than January 15 as per the Examination & Training Regulation. Failure to do so will result in an automatic termination of articles.
 
Please ensure that you submit all of the documents listed below which can be found on the articling pupil page of the ALSA website (under General Guidelines and Responsibilities heading). You still need to submit these documents even if field and office time are complete. Use of a handwriting font for a signature will not be accepted. Digital signatures are acceptable.
 

• Affidavit of Service of an Articled Pupil Form
• Recording Details (information on how to fill out the recording details can be found in the Appendix to the Affidavit of Service)

 
No Annual Articling Reports will be required this year.
