Council met on January 27, 2026. At this meeting, Council approved the 2026-2027 budget, approved changes to the ALSA Governance Manual (including updating the EDI policy and the land acknowledgement), approved changes to the experience sign-off for applicants for registration, received a plan to attract more land surveyors to the profession, and approved sending another MSP recommendation to the AGM for the members to debate.
