Surveys Act Time Frames: What Do You Think?

The Alberta Land Surveyors’ Association has been working with Alberta Environment & Parks to look at ways to update and modernize the 31-year-old Surveys Act.

While there are a number of existing sections in the Surveys Act that will need feedback from the membership, the ALSA working group wants to start with getting feedback from you on timeframes to register plans and where monuments need to be placed.

Please take a few moments to complete this questionnaire.

Deadline for responses is November 22, 2019.
