Corner Recordation Index

Request an account now for the Corner Recordation Index http://cri.badgr.ca/. Simply contact the Alberta Land Surveyors’ Association to get your account setup.

Even if you don’t have any restored posts to record, the CRI is recommended to be part of your job setup process to have as much information as possible prior to field work commencement. Not only are restorations recorded within the database, but Boundary Panel cases, removed monuments, and double postings are stored, as well. There is also an option to have a corporate account setup, should you want staff to be able to access the database while performing project searches.

After your account is setup, login and click the help button at the top right of the page to view Application Instructions that will walk you through the database step by step, as well as explain how to link your account for AbaData users.

For those without an AbaData account, records can be downloaded as a csv. If looking to upload into Google Earth or some other application, instructions can be found in the CRI Instructions FAQ section on how to convert the csv to a KMZ.

Already have an account… let other practitioners know how great the CRI is and how easy it is to use.
